Metaverse startup Metahood completes $3 million seed round / Laleverse also sings hook-verse on Chinese New Year

According to Decrypt, metaverse startup Metahood completed a $3 million seed round with 1confirmation leading the way and Volt Capital Flamingo DAO and Neon DAO, The Sandbox co-founder Sébastien Borget, and SuperRare co-founder John Crain and others participated. Metahood’s platform is designed to provide metaverse land buyers with more of an environment than a generic NFT marketplace, using a map-driven interface to display available parcels related to their surroundings, providing a broader sense of community or area, while pointing out landmarks and highlighting sales trends, nearby landowners, and more.
